Private/birthday party booking policy:

1.  All private bookings/birthdays require a minimum of 4 people, or $125 in project fees whichever is greater. 

2.  You will be charged for all guests after we confirm the number of people who will be at your event

3.  All bookings will require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The remainder of your project fee(s) will be due at the event. Your $50 deposit will be applied as a credit when you pay the remainder of your event.

"Online reservations" for public events:

If you choose the "manual payment" option, as opposed to paying online when registering for public workshops/classes, please do one of the following within 24 HOURS, or your ticket(s) will be released:

a. Send an e-transfer for the total amount of your event to collabartivestudios@gmail.com

b. Come down to the studion to pay (debit, credit, or cash)

c. Call (306) 891-6567

Cancellations:

We reserve the right to cancel any workshops with less than 30% of spots filled or 4 registrants, whichever is higher, within 5 days of the event.

If we have to cancel the event:

1. You will be contacted ASAP and you can request either a full refund or a full credit toward your next workshop or class. Please note that refunds can take up to 5 business days to process.

If you cannot make it to your registered event:

Within 24-hour notice or less, you may choose any of the following:

1. Take a 50% credit toward your next workshop

2. Request your project to take home as a DIY kit ( please allow 2 business days for us to put your kit together)

3. Have a friend take your place

4. Complete your project at the studio during our drop-in hours (Tuesday-Saturday 1:00-5:00) to complete your project

Within 10 business days, you may choose any of the following:

1. Take 100% credit toward your next workshop

2. Request your project to take home as a DIY kit (please allow 2 business days for us to put your kit together)

3. Have a friend take your place

4. Complete your project at the studio during our drop-in hours (Tuesday-Saturday 1:00-5:00) to complete your project

Earlier than 10 days' notice:

1. Take 100% credit toward your next workshop

2. Request a refund for the full amount

3. Have a friend take your place

4. Complete your project at the studio during our drop-in hours (Tuesday-Saturday 1:00-5:00) to complete your project
